It is the Muslim holy month of Ramadan again – the time of fasting, and also of joyous gatherings and festivities. As happens every year, the traditional feast-breaking iftar meal held after sunset brought together friends and collaborators of ARCHiNOS. More than sixty people of very varied backgrounds and occupations sat on 15 April 2023 in the spacious maq‘ad of Sultan Qaitbey at the table full of Egyptian specialties, many of them home-made.
