A Song Recital of Dalia Farid at the MASQ

On 26 March 2022, the audience at the Maq‘ad of Sultan Qaitbey could admire the extraordinary voice of the Egyptian singer Dalia Farid, who gave a recital of oriental-style songs, accompanied by the oud and drums. The performance met with enthusiastic reception from a much-varied audience, often singing along to their favourite tunes.

Social and cultural activities at the MASQ are carried out by ARCHiNOS and its sister not-for profit organisation the Sultan Foundation and are financed primarily by the Drosos Foundation and the European Union.
